기타사항	We are seeking Electromagnetic Engineering professionals across all experience levels, from Junior Engineers to Senior Specialists and Team Leaders, to support the development and expansion of our engineering (CAE/Measurement/Analysis & Design) solutions in the Korean and Far East high-technology markets (e.g., aerospace, naval, and defense). This position will play a key role in expanding our presence in these application domains and strengthening our technical capabilities in the field of electromagnetic engineering. Objectives and responsibilities of the position: Technical Expertise & Simulation •Perform advanced electromagnetic analyses across frequency ranges up to the microwave band. •Conduct numerical simulations of EM problems using IDS CAE tools (Ship-EDF, Galileo Suite) as well as leading commercial tools (e.g., CST Studio Suite, FEKO, HFSS). •Develop and validate EM models, ensuring the accuracy and robustness of simulation workflows. •Interpret simulation results and provide technical recommendations to internal teams and customers. Measurement & Validation •Participate in RF and microwave measurement procedures. •Correlate simulation results with experimental data to validate models and improve predictive accuracy. Program & Project Management •Plan, coordinate, and manage electromagnetic analysis and design programs. •Define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables for simulation and measurement activities. •Ensure alignment between customer needs, internal development goals, and project execution. Customer Interaction & Technical Support •Provide pre sales and post sales technical support to customers adopting our CAE, measurement and analysis/design solutions. •Oversee and execute benchmarks, proof of concepts, and application studies requested by clients. •Act as a technical point of contact for customer programs, ensuring high quality communication and support. •Contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities and supporting market expansion, and preparing technical proposal in coordination with HQ. Team Leadership •Mentor, guide, and supervise junior engineers involved in EM simulation and measurement tasks. •Promote best practices in modeling, simulation, and technical program execution. •Support the growth of internal competencies in electromagnetic engineering. Internally, the role collaborates with: •The Technical Director (HQ) to define technical strategies and tools. •The Sales & Marketing team (Korea), to define market direction and growth strategies. Externally, the role interacts with: •Target industries to understand their specific needs, state-of-the-art developments, and technical challenges. •Competitors and the broader technology ecosystem to anticipate market shifts based on innovation trends. Required skills •Knowledge and hands on experience in electromagnetic engineering, with specific expertise up to the microwave frequency range. •Experience in numerical simulation of electromagnetic problems and familiarity with major commercial EM simulation tools (e.g., CST, FEKO, HFSS). •Knowledge of RF and microwave measurement techniques and instrumentation. •Capability to manage technical programs involving EM analysis, design, and validation. •Experience supervising junior engineers and supporting their technical development. •Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships in technical contexts. •Proficiency in English (written and spoken). •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, or related field; a Master’s or PhD is considered a plus. •Proven professional experience in the technical fields and target industry sectors listed above. Preferred skills •Experience in electromagnetic areas such as: defense, aerospace, radar signature, radar applications, telecommunication, automotive, antenna design, EMC/EMI, smart materials. •Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) •Background in CAE software technical support, pre sales, or application engineering.
