±âŸ»çÇ× Job Description (RF IC designer)

The candidate will work on the System Level Simulation and
Tx Full Chain Verification for RF Front-End Modules (FEM).
This role focuses on the holistic performance of the entire
Tx lineup, integrating Power Amplifiers (PA), Switches,
Filters and PCB. You will build simulation methodologies to
predict system performance and automate workflows.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Tx Full Chain Simulations integrating PA,
Switches, and Filter blocks to predict system-level metrics
(EVM, ACLR, Noise, Efficiency).
• Develop and verify behavioral models for RF FEM components
(PA, Switch, Filters) for top-level system analysis.
• Analyze interaction between the Transceiver and FEM,
including impedance mismatch and non-linearity effects.
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools for simulation
control, large-scale data processing, and regression
testing.
• Correlate system simulation data with lab measurements to
improve model accuracy.

Job Requirements:
• MS degree or Ph.D. with hands-on experience in RF power
amplifier or related RFIC circuit design.
• Solid understanding of Transceiver architectures and
complete RF front-end chains (PA, LNA, Switch, Filters).
• Proficiency in Python is required (for EDA automation,
data analysis, or modeling).
• Deep understanding of system specs: Link budget,
Linearity, Noise Figure, and Spectral masks.
• Expertise in simulation tools: ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, HFSS
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in a system
context.
• Fluent in Korean (Native-level communication required)
• Effective English communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
• Hands-on circuit design experience in RF Power Amplifiers
is a strong plus.
• Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS, EMX) and
thermal analysis.
• Knowledge of 5G/Wi-Fi standards and modulation schemes.
