| 기타사항 | 직무 설명 RF 모듈 개발 과정에서 이슈 분석 및 해결을 담당할 유능한 RF Test, Simulation & Validation Engineer를 찾고 있습니다. 본 직무는 R&D 및 제조팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 RF 시스템이 설계 의도와 생산 품질 목표를 충족하도록 하는 역할을 수행합니다. 주요 업무 • 셀룰러 RF 시스템 및 RF FEM 시뮬레이션 분석 • Antenna + RF FEM + RF transceiver + Modem의 셀룰러 RF 시스 템 동작을 이해하고, 성능 이슈 원인 및 개선안 분석 • RF system spec 및 3GPP spec 기반으로 Antenna, RF FEM, Rf transceiver의 spec budget 도출 • MATLAB 등의 tool로 RF 소자들을 모델링하고 셀룰러 RF system을 구 축하여 modulated RF 신호에 대한 EVM, ACLR, Sensitivity, Emission 등을 시뮬레이션 분석 (매우 중요) • 위 역량 바탕으로 LTE / NR 관련 3GPP 표준화 업무 경험 우대 자격 요건 • 모바일 플랫폼용 RF 시스템에 대한 높은 이해도 • 우수한 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력 • RF 모듈 테스트 및 특성 분석(characterization) 경험 우대 • 테스트 자동화를 위한 프로그래밍/스크립팅 능력(Python, C/C++, MATLAB 등) 우대 • RF 설계(PA, LNA, Switch) 경험 보유 시 우대 • 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 협업 능력 학력 • 마이크로파 공학, 전기전자공학 또는 유사 전공 학사 이상 • 석사/박사 학위 보유 시 우대 근무조건 • 정규직 채용절차 • 이메일 접수(내부 검토 후 개별 연락 → 면접 진행) Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a highly capable RF Test, Simulation & Validation Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues that arise during RF module development. This role works closely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure that the RF systems meet design intent and production quality targets. Task • Cellular RF System and RF FEM Simulation Analysis • Understand the operation of cellular RF systems composed of Antenna, RF FEM, RF transceiver, and Modem, and analyze root causes of performance issues as well as potential improvement solutions. • Derive specification budgets for the Antenna, RF FEM, and RF transceiver based on RF system specifications and 3GPP requirements. • Model RF components using tools such as MATLAB and build a cellular RF system to simulate and analyze modulated RF signal metrics including EVM, ACLR, sensitivity, and emissions. • Experience in 3GPP standardization activities related to LTE/NR is preferred based on the above capabilities. Skills & advantages • Strong understanding of RF systems for mobile platforms. • Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience with RF module testing and characterization. • Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation. • Experience in RF design (PA, LNA, Switch) is a plus. • English communication skills • Required Korean proficiency Education • bachelors degree (or above) in Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines. • MSc/PhD is a plus Job Type • Full time & Regular |
