SOI Device Modeling Engineer - MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field - 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience - Design, characterization, and modeling of semiconductor devices - Model library generation and QA - Experience using industry standard simulation/EDA tools - Experience using device modeling software (ICCAP, BSIMPro, ...) 2.
